How difficult will it be to understand and learn from the course material?

As our course content is created especially for ‘distance learning’. Everyone will find our coursework thoroughly informative and easy to understand.

How do I receive my coursework?

Course work is hosted on our website in form of text, videos, slideshows, PPTs, audio, quizzes, and downloadable materials. Each course is divided into multiple modules and each module into lessons. You will require an internet connection to access the material which is not downloadable, but the downloadable material is for you to keep and refer as and when you like.

Will I receive a Certification when I finish my course?

Yes, on successful completion of any of our courses, students will receive a ‘Practitioner/Therapist level Certificate/Diploma’. This is made available for you to download upon the completion of the course. A hard copy can be requested for an additional fee of $59 plus applicable postage and taxes.

Do I need to do any practical work?

Our courses are designed to impart the complete knowledge that is covered under the syllabus. However, it is advisable for all students to get a oart time internship to get hands-on experience.

Can I work as a Therapist once I have completed any of your courses?

Yes, our courses are thourough and comprehensive enough to start you with your career. On successful completion of our courses you get your downloadable certificate or diploma. This helps you start your own Consultation Business as a qualified therapist or seek employment in a stand-alone spa or salon, Cruise ships, Gyms, fitness centres, yoga studios and detox retreats.

Can I contact anyone who has studied with you?

For obvious security reasons we do not share details of our students with others just as you would not want your details shared. Our students are encouraged to review us and leave testimonials. Please feel free to go through them or search us on the internet.

How long does it take to complete a course?

That is totally dependant on you. many of our students work and find only 2-3 hours on weekends free to dedicate to the course, whereas others may start during vacation time, dedicate 6-7 hours per day and finish within a couple of months.

Do I need to purchase any textbooks to accompany the courses?

We provide all courses as complete comprehensive knowledge. You do not need any other books/text books/journals/materials. However, there are options reading suggestions just in case you wish to enhance your knowledge further which are not necessary for the completion of the course and hence not provided.

Do I need to study every week?

No, we understand that professional development courses are sometimes done alongside a fulltime job or during university. You are free to study when you have the time.

What title would I use after graduating from your School?

Whether you decide to call yourself a therapist, advisor, consultant etc. is your decision. Some examples would be: Nutritional Therapist, Aromatherapist, Stress Management Consultant, Meridian Psychotherapist, Colour and Crystal Healing Therapist etc.

Displaying name and qualification:

As an example for your Business Card –  once you receive your diploma in Holistic Nutrition from us, you can use these letters after your name: SNHS Dip.(Holistic Nutrition)

Are your courses available everywhere in the world?

We provide our distance learning training all around the world. Wherever you are located you may study with us, as long as you have a working internet connection.

Do I have to travel anywhere to study these courses?

No, the entire courses are online, you don’t need to travel anywhere, unless you prefer to go to a library or a café to study. Students submit quiz answers at the end of each lesson and get the grading sheet within their dashboard on our website.

If I enrol for more than one course or a Course Pack, do I have to study all the subjects together?

This is completely subjective and you may complete your course subjects in any order that you choose. Some students prefer to take their courses one at a time for clarity, while others like to study them all together. However, a prerequisite course needs to be completed before the one it is prerequisite for.

Is it possible to change my course selection once I have enrolled?

We generally do not allow this and expect students to make an informed decision. In case you buy a course and realise a it is the same as one you’ve done before, you may contact us to check your options. However, there is an administration charge of for each course changed, if not started. If the course was started already, then no such changes may be made. It should be noted that the student is required to connect with us within 24 hours of making the payment. Post that no changes will be made.

Can I resume my studies after an extended break if i was unable to complete a course i was enrolled in before?

Yes, you can! If you were unable to complete the course before we make a small charge of 20% of the original fees plus any government taxes.

Why are your courses price so much more affordable/reasonable than others?

We are passionate about educating and bringing more practitioners in the field of healthcare. It is a field that is vastly lacking in staff and we believe our contribution can make the world a better place. We are committed to keeping the prices at such levels that they are most affordable to as many students as possible while not compromising our content. We aim to become the market leaders in the field of healthcare education even at the expense of our own profits.

Why am i having trouble receiving your emails?

Email service providers like google and yahoo block email to protect you from unwanted or malicious email such as scams and spam. But commonly they mistake email you do want for email that is spam. If you unblock or whitelist an email address or domain name, emails from that address will be more likely to get through. We highly recommend doing this to make sure the emails we send you are delivered straight to your ‘Inbox’ and not your ‘Junk Mail Folder’ as this can result in you losing important information or not receiving your certificate.

You can achieve this in a few different ways:

  1. Add our email address to your email Contact List
  2. Mark messages in your Junk Folder as ‘Not Spam’ or ‘Safe’
  3. Create a filter or add our domain to your Safe Senders list

Is there a minimum age limit to begin studying with you?

Yes, you need to be at least 16 when you begin and at least 18 when you start using our certifications to apply for jobs.
