Terms Of Enrolment
A binding agreement shall arise between you and Allied Healthcare Academy, which shall be governed by Indian law, when you accept the Terms and Conditions by making your first course payment when enrolling online
Courses, course notes and materials are not to be sold, loaned, copied, or used in any way outside of the pursuit of studying the course by the person who is enrolled in the course, unless permission is sought and granted in writing by the School. In case a breach occurs by the way of a student sharing the course content with other during the time of their course duration or at a later time, their membership shall be cancelled immediately, no refund shall be offered and the student is liable to pay damages worth minimum but not limited to 7 times the cost of the said course.
Each course has its fees clearly defined. The student is liable to pay the complete fees at the time of commencement, except for when a discount is being offered by the academy.
The discounts and offers will only be periodic and may have an expiry date. If a coupon code given to a prospective student expires, no further dicussions or requests will be entertained.
All fees are subject to change at any given time without further notice. Though it will not affect your access to the courses you are enrolled in, in case you wish to upgrade or buy other courses, the new fee on those will be applicable.
Course Requirements and Delivery Information
All courses are shared in English and have a requirement of good English and Comprehension skills. Any students enrolling in the courses acknowledges this. If a student is having difficulty with English or comprehension then we are happy to refer them to an English course but this does not form grounds for a cancellation or refund.
Certain courses may have another course as a pre-requisite. These courses can be bought together as bundles or packages for a discounted price, however, if you buy them separately, you will require to do so from the same account. In case the account has been closed and you later decide to enrol in the next levels you can contact us directly and we shall help you out.
Course content will be made available online within 24 hours of the payment.
Payment Plan Policy
We do not currently support a payment plan and all payments need to be made in full at the time of commencement. This may change in the future at the sole discretion of the academy.
In such a case where a payment plan was granted, the payments continue as per the schedule even when the course work is deferred or the student wishes to discontinue for personal reasons. The failure to deposit the payments on time shall lead to 18% interest per month excluding any applicable taxes.
It is your responsibility to inform the Academy in writing of any corrections or changes to your personal details including name, address and phone numbers, payment options and banking details.
Owing to the digital nature of the courses, once a course is paid for and enroled in, we do not offer any refunds for any reasons.
However, we do understand that in case of credit/debit card payments, errors of duplication can occur. In such cases we do offer withdrawal or payment reversal. Notification of withdrawal from a course must be received in writing within 24 hours of enrolment, in order to qualify for a refund. The Academy will refund the full amount but will deduct any administrative costs, credit card payment charges or applicable government taxes that may arise outside of our control.
It is at the sole discretion of the academy to decide the authenticity of such requests and no appeals will be entertained.
If you are granted a payment plan, you are liable for all payments even if you discontinue your study. Failure to remit payment may result in the debt being referred to a debt collection agency for recovery and legal action. Costs for this action will be incurred by the debtor and no future payment plans will be approved.
Care is taken to ensure that the content of the course materials is accurate, in rare cases human error might occur and there might be some cases where there is information which is not accurate or unclear, the Academy ensures that this is corrected as soon as possible or as soon as brought to our notice and amended materials are provided to the student. Student acknowledges this and accepts this as part of the terms.
Lifetime Access Terms
All courses bought by the student come under lifetime access license, however, this neither means the lifetime of the student, nor the body of the academy. The lifetime access only refers to the lifetime of the courses, and hence for however long the same course is valid the student will have access to the course. If any changes are made to a course, the student will have access to all changes and updations as well. However, in case the academy decides to discontinue a course, the validity of the same expires. The academy may take the course down as and when they decide so to be redundant. However, the academy will make sure that every student enrolled in it is informed prior so they may download and save the material.
Every attempt is made to ensure all information from the school is accurate and that the student has attained the competencies taught in a course, at the point of their assessment. Beyond this point, the graduate is responsible to maintain their acquired competencies, and apply acquired knowledge and skills in a way which is appropriate to the unique characteristics of each application.
This will release the school from any liability, action and claims of whatsoever nature in connection with, or arising from any such information instruction or advice, given by any student or ex-student, whether directions given during the course are followed or not.
